At TIBS, we understand that installation projects can impact on your business once work is underway. We ensure that every project we do has your organisation’s requirements in mind; working efficiently on steam boiler installations to reduce downtime, minimising any impact on your business’ production and the associated effects on your organisation.

As a full-service industrial steam boiler company, TIBS have qualified experienced personnel for mechanical, electrical and C&I instrumentation site works, as well as chartered engineers and design experts. TIBS certified coded welders and weld procedures mean that we work on all grades of materials, including carbon steel, stainless and alloy steels. TIBS can also supply our own site managers and supervisors to work with site personnel supplied by others.

Boiler & plant installations

Industrial Water-tube Boilers Packaged or Field Erected

TIBS design, manufacture and install industrial water-tube boilers for clients worldwide. In addition, we often work with other manufacturers, providing a high quality installation service which allows them to focus on their product and their client.

Fire Tube Boilers

TIBS work closely with Cannon Bono Energia, who manufacture top-of-the-range fire tube boilers. We are one of the only UK suppliers of these systems and have the experience to install them efficiently.

Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG)

TIBS have the capabilities to design, manufacture and install HRSG’s and have a track record of projects. For clients that require a standard design, our partnership with Cannon Bono Energia means we can supply and install standard range HRSG’s.

Coil Boilers

TIBS are experienced in installing coil boilers for a wide range of industries. We source our coil boilers through our partnership with Cannon Bono Energia and install them with our own engineers.

Biomass Boilers

TIBS are experienced in designing, installing and maintaining biomass equipment, supporting international clients in the sugarcane industry. TIBS have developed our own combustion system which can burn even the most challenging fuels, making TIBS a choice for Bagasse-fired boilers.

Ancillary Plant Equipment

TIBS design, supply and install economisers, superheaters, de-aerators, hotwell tanks, flash vessels and blowdown systems.
